We certainly understand how disappointing it could be if you are not satisfied with our product and completely apologize you for that. However, to ensure best customer experience we have laid down “Easy and No questions asked return policy”

Upon receipt of your mail or above form we shall confirm your return request depending upon eligibility criteria like whether product is returnable or not, timelines etc.

 

  1. Returning the product

 

You may return the product in the below manner.

 

1) We shall arrange a reverse pick up through our courier partner depending upon the serviceability of our courier partner in your region for reverse pick-up.

2) If you wish to return the product by yourself or our courier partner is not available, you shall have to ship back the product to us to our address along with the details as mentioned below.

Please note that you need to ship the product only when you receive a confirmation from our end to ensure a fast refund.  We recommend you to share AWB number of the parcel returned by you for faster processing of refunds.

 

  1. Processing of Refund

 

Once we receive the product, we shall thoroughly investigate the product and issue you a refund once we are satisfied with the product. The refund shall be issued as per the table above. Please note that in case of online payments refunds shall be made in original mode 

 

Please note that the product should be in original condition, unused and all the accessories/tags, freebies (if any) should be present to process faster refunds.

 

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to Courier Service Partner, we shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

 

Points to remember for refund process

 

  • If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during the refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. We will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
  • Payment made online will be refunded to the original mode of payment
  • We shall reimburse the return shipping charges (in case of self ship) up to 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower. The same may be in the form of a discount coupon/promotional code or cash refund.
